Arugula, watermelon and feta cheese salad:
120 gr package arugula
50 gr crumbled feta cheese
120 ml balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 sliced red onion
and the amount of watermelon you like, probably about 1/8th of a whole would fit.
Unpack it, toss it, eat it!

Beef tenderloin with bearnaise and fried mushrooms:
4 slices (2-3cm thick) Beef tenderloin
0,8 kg potatoes
250 gr mushrooms
200 gr sweet peas
and the amount of bearnaise sauce you feel fitting, I'd probably take about 2 full cargo trains.

Okay so now this is my first ever post on here so I'll just tell a little about myself and introduce you to what my blog is all about.
Hi, my name is Johan and I'm from Sweden and I love food, hence I thought it would be fun to start a food-related blog. On here I will try to update with different recipes a couple of times per week and show you what I ate, or long to eat.

1 liter vegetable stock
300 gr macaroni
2 cups of green peas
4 spring onions
salt & pepper
Easy to make, affordable for everyone, great tasting soup.
